The Icelandic runner Petur Helgason made a 30 minutes long film about the 2009 Laugavegur Ultra Marathon. Petur´s film starts when the runners take the bus from Reykjavik to the start of the race in Landmannalaugar and ends when he finishes the race. On the way Petur takes interviews with runners, tourists and staff. This film gives you a very good idea about what you should expect when you run the Laugavegur Ultra Marathon.

You should also check out the video Team Poland made after their visit to Iceland last summer. The four friends from Poland Jerzy, Piotr, Krzysztof and Michal visited some of Iceland´s most beautiful places before they ran the Ultra Marathon.
