A t-shirt is included in the registration fee. Runners are incouraged to study the size tables below before registering for the run. It is a good idea to measure your favourite t-shirt and choose a size close to those measurements.
Marathon runners (42,2 km)
Marathon runners will get an Asics polyester t-shirt, available in six unisex sizes.

Other distances
Participants in 3 km, 10 km, 21 km and the relay race will get cotton t-shirt. The cotton t-shirt is available in adult sizes, both female and male cut. The adult sized t-shirts are made of soft style cotton.
