Information about price for breakfast in Hrauneyjar (stop on the way to start line) and a warm meal in Thorsmork (the finish line) will be announced later.

The following is included in the entry fee

• Surveillance and security measures
• Water and energy drinks at water stations located at Hrafntinnusker, Álftavatn, Emstrur and Ljósá
• Toilet facilities at Hrauneyjar, Landmannalaugar, Hrafntinnusker, Álftavatn, Emstrur and Húsadalur/ Thórsmörk
• Transport of luggage to Bláfjallakvísl and to Húsadalur/Thórsmörk
• The event shirt
• A litter bag to be tied around the waist
• Event medal, winner’s medal, age category winner’s medals, team winner’s medal
• Shower and shelter for changing at Húsadalur/Thórsmörk
• Services of a doctor and nursing staff at Húsadalur /Thórsmörk, as necessary
• Timing and bib number
• Information
• Transport back to an inhabited area for those unable to meet time limits

Not included in the entry fee

A bus transport from and to Reykjavik, breakfast in Hrauneyjar and a warm meal at the finish line is not included in the entry fee. Closer to race day, runners will be asked by e-mail whether they request to buy this service.

Payment arrangement

Refund

In the case of a cancellation a 50% of the entry fee can be refunded if requested before July 1st 2012. The following information is required: the registered person’s full name, a telephone number, and the electronic receipt sent following registration. If the information about the runner that is cancelling are not sent with the request for refund it is not possible to make the refund. The information must be received by August 31st 2012, after which date all incomplete requests for a refund will be disregarded.

Runners who cancel their registration for the Laugavegur Run will not be able to pick up a registration package. No refund will be possible after July 1st 2012. In the event of a cancellation, the registration fee cannot be used to pay for next year’s race.
